President & CEO
Dale Mullinax
Dale is a dedicated and proven leader with 42 years of managerial experience in the aviation industry across military, commercial, and repair station assignments. Dale has excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills that have been proven through a wide range of assignments and contributed to high levels of customer satisfaction. Dale possesses hands-on knowledge regarding strategic business planning, multi-functional organizational structuring, and budget management. Dale possesses an excellent network of industry relationships.
Executive Vice President
Rob Cannon
Rob is a determined and proven leader with ten years of managerial experience in the nuclear utility industry and five years of experience in public accounting. He is an expert in the financial and budgetary fields with an additional expertise in project controls. Rob has a broad range of communication, technical, and interpersonal skills that has been tested throughout his career and has contributed to high level of financial performance customer satisfaction. He possesses first-hand knowledge of strategic business planning, project controls, multi-functional organizational structuring, and strong financial management. Rob joined the Kaiser team in December 2021 and is responsible for financial, HR, compliance, IT, and facilities oversight and performance.

Doris Sewell
Doris has over 30 years of corporate legal experience as General Counsel for some of the largest corporations in Alabama, 22 years of that in the aviation industry with Pemco Aviation Group, Alabama Aircraft Industries, Inc. and Kaiser Aircraft. In 2016 Doris was promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer with Kaiser, a position she now holds at Kaiser Group Holdings. Her long-term experience and various management oversight roles have covered military and commercial procurement, operations, teaming, contracting, sales and service negotiations, public company compliance at the state and federal levels, administrative compliance and governmental relations. These areas of expertise put Kaiser in a superior position to provide excellence to its customers with a full understanding of the challenges they face and goals they desire to achieve.

Michael Tennenbaum
Michael E. Tennenbaum leads Kaiser Aircraft as Chairman of the Board. He is a world-renowned leader in the business, finance and the investment communities and provides a solid base for the success of Kaiser Aircraft and its continued rise in the aviation industry. Michael is the founder of Caribbean Capital & Consultancy Corp. in Puerto Rico, Trustee Emeritus of the Georgia Institute of Technology Foundation, Inc., a member of the Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni of the Georgia Tech School of Engineering, founder of the Tennenbaum Institute for Enterprise Transformation and a member of the Harvard Business School’s Visiting Committee.

Harold T. “Skip” Bowling
Skip Bowling is a member of the Board of Directors of Kaiser Group Holdings and Kaiser Aircraft Industries. His 43-year career with Lockheed Martin (including his tenure as President of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics International and President of Lockheed Aircraft Service Company) make him an invaluable advisor to the company on a national and international basis. As an experienced high-level executive, a degreed aeronautical engineer, the recipient of an MBA, as well as a helicopter pilot and officer in the U.S. Army, he understands our business and our customers’ requirements from the ground up and the top down. Skip has been an active BOD member of several investment funds and is a member of the Foundation Board for St. Joseph Hospital (California) and the Advisory Board for ARCS (Achievements Awards for College Scientists).

Director of Human Resources
Pam Gillard
Pam manages Kaiser’s Human Resources program including finding and onboarding high quality employees that meet the Kaiser standard. Pam also coordinates our badging and payroll processes and is our primary point of contact with the Birmingham Airport Authority. Pam is responsible for ensuring that the Kaiser’s HR processes are effective, efficient and compliant with overall business objectives. Pam brings over 30 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefit administration, recruiting and employee relations.

John Criss
John has over 40 years in aviation quality control and quality assurance. Over 30 of those years have been spent managing quality control and quality assurance departments of up to 100 employees at part 145 repair stations, military depot maintenance programs, and aircraft type certification programs. John is experienced in aircraft supplemental type certificate programs including passenger to freighter conversions. John also brings over 10 years as an accomplished FAA Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative and Designated Airworthiness Representative.
Director of Facilities
Bobby Gardner
Bobby has direct experience with almost every side of aviation maintenance during his 40-year career and has held Director titles for airframes, back shops, and strip and paint facilities. In his current role as Director of Facilities, he manages the day-to-day upkeep of almost two hundred acres of grounds, facilities and nearly 2,000,000 square feet of buildings and infrastructure.
Manager of Safety and Training
Roland Nero
Roland’s aviation experience spans 40 years and includes 20 years of service in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. He graduated from the Navy’s Instructor Led training then began teaching advanced aviation electronics. After retiring from the Navy, he continued his aviation teaching pursuits at Kaiser where he is responsible for coordinating our aircraft maintenance, safety, and regulatory training programs. Roland is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and maintains Kaiser’s Quality Control System.

Thomas “Bo” Cater
With over 25 years in the aviation industry, Bo is responsible for the general management and performance of Kaiser’s overhaul and repair operations, production controls, and warehouse operations. Bo is a determined, experienced leader who maintains a continuous improvement mindset by focusing on process efficiency enhancements and strong financial management that routinely exceed customer expectations. He has served in various leadership roles across multiple programs and platforms with proven success and a dedication to quality, innovative solutions, and customer satisfaction.

Josh Billings
Josh joined Kaiser with over 17 years of experience in IT and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Josh brings exceptional leadership skills, having managed IT departments and environments at many levels, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of productivity and security. As the Director of IT, Josh is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our company. He is passionate about continuously improving and securing our IT infrastructure.
